70 Ohm replacement heater element with series wired thermal fuse for Cloud 9 Standard and Wide models that originally had a 70ohm heater fitted.

This heater element measures 15mm x 70mm.  70 ohms is a nominal value, the elements can range from approx 65 ohms to approx 75 ohms.

For models with a thermal fuse integrated into an element wire it's more likely than not that it's just a blown fuse, in that

case it's best to splice a new fuse into the wire rather than need to mess about balancing the temperature on a new

element. Elements with integrated fuses are pot luck as far as resistance goes so rarely will match what is being replaced

and you absolutely WILL need to re-tune the temperature. If you are only doing one fuse expect the other one to fail

sometime soon.
